With a more contemporary approach than that of the previous leadership, the company is reinventing itself, presenting performances where artistic genres intersect and blend. Indeed, the productions of the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève now extend beyond dance, incorporating live music, singing, visual arts, and even haute couture.

The company has also partnered with choreographer Damien Jalet, who brings his creativity and expertise to the ensemble. Its 22 dancers hail from around the world, reflecting a rich cultural diversity that shines through in the company's productions. Additionally, the Ballet collaborates with renowned choreographers and emerging talents alike, ensuring the creation of unique and diverse performances. The company’s development is based on three key pillars: producing new creations in Geneva to offer audiences innovative and original programs, touring to enhance the visibility of both the Ballet and the city of Geneva, and engaging in parallel projects and partnerships with other cultural institutions in the region to reach new audiences.

Each season, the Ballet of the Grand Théâtre de Genève also invites a guest performance to enrich its program and offer a variety of dance styles and forms.
