The International Festival of Films on Art (Le FIFA) is back from its 43rd edition in Montreal and Quebec City from March 13 to 23, 2025 in theatres and from March 21 to 30, 2025 online on ARTS.FILM. Architecture, photography, painting, theater, cinema, dance, music... Documentaries, short films, fictions, captations... The most important art film festival will once again amaze you with more than 180 films from 42 countries, which will satisfy both the most seasoned cinephiles and a wider public looking for cultural and artistic discoveries of all kinds.
Once again this year, dance will take center stage during a special evening dedicated to the art of movement: La Nuit de la danse. Danse Danse is also proud to co-present the film A Way to B.
La Nuit de la danse is a true screening marathon for an unforgettable night at Théâtre Outremont on Friday, March 21, 2025. Year after year, dance holds a prominent place at FIFA, and once again, La Nuit de la danse will delight the dance community and all enthusiasts of the moving body.
For this 43rd edition, the spotlight is on dance films and short films featuring artists such as Chélanie Beaudin-Quintin, Chun Liu, Sylvain Émard & Sandrick Mathurin, Suzanne Smith & Sylvia Solf, Valeria Galluccio, Gabriel Dharmoo & Jonathan Goulet, and many more.

A Way to B is a captivating portrait of the Catalan dance collective Liant La Troca, led by choreographer Jordi Cortés Molina. This hybrid documentary blends dance and storytelling, revealing the personal stories of its members through powerful performances by artists with visible physical disabilities.
